Extensive experience and integrity are two of the many qualities that Patrina Reutgen brought as she came aboard as one of the original employees of ViewPoint Financial Group. These characteristics make her feel right at home here at ViewPoint where they are shared by her co-workers and colleagues.

Entering the labor force as a teen she worked twelve years in the restaurant business as a food server, trainer and a bartender, bringing an understanding of human psychology and the notion of customer service to her present, current career.

After her years in the food industry she matriculated at continuing her education, then began an eight year stint with a large, nation-wide, health insurance company as an Account Specialist where she serviced large employer accounts.  From this experience she brought with her the laser-like focus, and a meticulous attention to detail, both very important as a specialist in refinancing, arranging home equity lines-of-credit, and, especially as a licensed Real Estate Agent and Notary.

With Patrina’s integrity and focus on customer service she makes it a point to educate her clients and to demystify the sometimes confusing and frustrating experience of real estate sales and financing.

In an industry that sometimes suffers from dishonest and unscrupulous operators, her strong sense of honesty, loyalty and passion about helping people achieve their goals is a welcoming addition to our office.  Her commitment to her clients and her insistence on their education makes her a perfect fit for our extended work family.

Her outgoing temperament, comprehensive knowledge and patience make her ideally suited to helping our clients negotiate their way through, and avoid the pitfalls of this Byzantine world of real estate sales and financing.
